Additional Comments: I dont care about noise, appearance, I plan to stay with this new PC for some years. I play games like Skyrim, GTA VI, MMOs, Planetside 2, MechWarrior, Arma II, Chivalry:Medieval Warfare. I live in Brazil, but that doesnt matter for now, the budget range I listed in $ give a idea.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I want a smooth gameplay at medium settings or even low settings, as long I get average fps >30fps

I was planning on using the SSD for OS only, and I doesnt know much about onboard video ... I use a GT 220 right now, but gonna change it next year.

The biostar board has 3 overclocking settings in the bios that will tweak your cpu and ram fsb automatically. It works better than the windows software with asus for overclocking. The asus board is adequate, but the biostar is better overall for your budget range.

The GPU is most important, upgrading CPU will do nothing with a GT220.

You won't be able to play games with a GT220. So if this build is for gaming I would wait until you have a little more money to buy a video card. Other than that, all the components you picked seem to be good bang for the bucks.

Yes, the 7770 is a very good bang for the bucks and with a resolution of 1366 x 768 it should handle every games for a long time. And yes the rest of the computer is good, budget wise it would be hard to do better.
