Do you want to overclock? Is so i wold go for a better mobo like the M5a97 Evo R2.0.

It seems like a great build , the only thing I would change is the CPU. I would get a I3-4130 instead. If you're going to be video editing or doing something that uses a lot of cores then stay with the 6300

Im Glad you mentioned Video editing, Thats actually one of the main reason Im building it! Was hoping it would render everthing smoothly. Also, you think it'll run most new games on say med-high settings?
