Need opinion on motherboard

Hi everyone!

I am on a tight budget and am interested in it. Note that i will not be overclocking the computer, and buying an i3 2100 and 4gb ram.
Does this motherboard have a good price/quality ratio?

Ok, after some comparing with this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157251

the only major downfall from the other one is that it has more memory slots and a supports faster memory. Is there anything else i should look out for?
