Need Opinion to lower down the budget yet keeping gaming performance at 40-60fps average at high 1080p

Corsair Carbide 8gb(4x2gb)
WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM 64MB Cache

Corsair Carbide 300R

I want opinion on my plan, I want to know if there will be any compatibility issue with the case or any other components. I also would like to know other alternatives of hardwares that could help lowering the overall cost of the build but yet keeping gaming performance 45-60fps average on high setting 1080p. I wont be doing any rendering, editing, photoshop.

I would go with a 7970, only a bit pricer
slightly cheaper SSD
slightly cheaper case
cheaper but similar quality PSU, and semi-modular
cheaper motherboard
FX8320 since you're gonna OC anyways
For cooler I suggest an Air cooler as they are cheaper and less things to fault
If you stick with the 300r, it can support the H90 afaik,
and with the H230, an Antec 920or Corsair h80i or zalman 320XL would be better

this is great. Is it ok for me to go with 212evo, it has a good reviews. If you could help me finding a great motherboard, I will probably not going to use dual cards setting anywhere near the future, but I will going to put decent soundcard and wifi card to it, do you think I should still go with ATX , mATX or ITX motherboard?

Also, if I want to overclock my CPU, wont the motherboard affect the performance of my CPU?

I would go ATX since the case is ATX compatible anyways

the 212 EVO is a good cooler
