I'm getting a new system, I'd like my build to get some critique, I haven't been in the center of things for quite a while so if you can get a look and tell me what you think and if something should be switched just shoot it at me.
Note: prices here aren't exactly the same as up in the states, I'll write how much I'm paying for each part and the how much my other option would cost -
Intel Q6700 225$ (E8400 210$ - I prefer the quad because of the way I work the computer and because I see more programs will be optimized for it)
EP-45UD3L 155$
2x2GB OCZ 800 Mhz Platinum CL-5 70$
GTX 260 Core 192 220$ (This is a hard one, the core 216 costs about 350$ here and the GTS 250 costs 210$ while the 4850 5gb costs 220$ and the 4870 523 costs 250$ and the 1gb 350$)
LG Light Scribe... 35$
Thermaltake SopranoS 101 VG7000BWS 70$
Crosair VX 550W Active PFC 120$
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 LP 15$
As for the HD I'm quite lost... I know I'm going for the WD since it's more reliable but what makes the 640gb faster than the 500gb? Is the 32mb buffer worth the extra money?
