Need opinions and improvements for a build

Here is a build that I made for my cousin who wants a desktop for up t0 40k INR. Please take a look and let me know if anything can be improved.

P.S. The budget is a bit flexible and can be 5k up if needed.
 
Solution
MB - Look toward the B350 chipset and a board with four memory slots. Two for now, then two for an upgrade down the road.
MEM - Always install modules in matching pairs to take advantage of the dual memory controllers. A single module will have you in single channel mode (reduced performance).
PSU - The Corsiar CX model is pretty weak. Especially the 2015 model.... You get what you pay for here so don't go cheap!

Thanks for the reply. Do you think I could get a better intel processor in the same price range or is this ryzen 3 good enough?
