Solution

AMD Ryzen looks so good at this point that I no longer think I need gaming benchmarks to be convinced. 52% IPC Boost over Excavator core, which is 15% better than Pile driver. They beat their goal by a few percents. The 1800X beat the Cinebench R5 world record at 5.14 Ghz, scoring a 2449. Taking the crown from the i7-6950X top scorer, clocked at 6.04 Ghz, scoring 2445.

If AMD RYZEN still flops for regular consumers I'll dive into the nearest sea and just become a fish.

:lol::lol: Good one. But most of the benchmarks are still for multi threaded performance. I am still waiting for single core stats to come out. But yeah, must admit that it does look promising.
