Need Opinions on my build

So this is my build. I've been researching for a couple of weeks now on what parts to get and I have come to a conclusion on these. I would just like peoples opinions on my build and if they would suggest any improvements.

I will be using the build for gaming and rendering hence the 16gb of ram.

What overclock will I be able to get with that cooler?

I wouldn't recommend you overclocking with that cooler. Benchmarks say that it still doesn't reduce the temperatures enough, If you would want to overclock AMD processors which naturally heat up more than intel's you would need a better cooler.
