any way to lower the cost a bit ? or maintain the same cost but make it better? it's my first time building. will mostly use it to play the latest games (basically the reason im building one) you're free to re-do it if my build sucks.

Of course there is a way to lower the cost. If you drop down to a i5-4460 / H81 motherboard / DDR3 ram then you will get pretty much the same performance in 1080p gaming and your build price will go down
