Need Opinions on System

I am looking at purchasing a small desktop unit where it will be used primarily for watching movies and surfing internet.
The unit is an Acer AXC-605 Desktop PC (Intel Core i5-4440 / 1TB HDD / 6GB RAM / Windows 8)
I can get it for $400 still under Warranty. Will this unit play HD streaming without problems.
