Need optimal GTA V settings for my pc.

I just rage when I get 50 fps or less in vinewood or city centre. It also lags in mountains which is strange.
here's my pc specs:
Intel i7 3770
8 gb ram
gtx 750ti strix oc (This pc part is the most unpowerful)
Just give me the best settings for this pc to run at 60 fps, I was trying to optimize but never got it good.
I will really appreciate your help.

Advanced Settings everything turn off. MSAA off, anything related to grass again turn on lowest. Thats what eats most performance. Then you can try with Antialising to only 2x and perhaps changing textures on littlebit lower.
