need OS help

okay i have my all my pc part on the way and now i need an operating system. i had pickedout window 8 oem but then i seen u dont get windows help or support with oem and that i might need a special tool to install it can i use the oem or do i have to buy a retail copy

OEM will work out fine for you. I am also assuming that you will upgrade to 8.1 once you've installed 8...It is free..You don't need windows help or support...You've got toms hardware
