[SOLVED] Need part replacements for build

I’m helping a friend pick out parts for a build:

He’s ready to buy but the case and power supply are out of stock and they may not come back in stock. So I need a replacement soon for both. So a case for around $50 (including fans, equal airflow) and a power supply for under $80. He has a budget of $820 for everything (tax where we live is 7%, so the total budget is ~$750). And I was hoping to upgrade the graphics cards vram to 8gb if there’s room in the budget.
