So I want to upgrade my pc from amd to a sick intel i7 processor and need some advice.

I already have a gtx 970 gigabyte.
And I need a motherboard and a i7 with a budget from like €500 so what motherboard and cpu do you recommand

intel i7 4790K with http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130862 is a good idea, but what RAM do you have right now? because an X99 or Z170 will want DDR4.
