Need parts good for streaming CS:GO

I do not have the funds to buy an all out new pc however, I already own an average pc which is bottlenecked because of my CPU. I currently have a GTX 970, FX-8350, 8GB RAM, 1TB harddrive, Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 and GX Lite 600w PSU. I have a budget of £400 so I decided to keep some parts I already own and purchase a new motherboard, case, cpu, cpu fan and RAM. I play lot's of CS:GO and have just started streaming. Although my fps is ok I want the extra performance out of my GPU with an intel cpu. Can someone recommend a good pc build where I could use my GTX 970 and any other parts I already own which would cost around £400?

hmm well i found you a amazing amd ryzen build cause intel as you know i overpriced so you might want to give ryzen a try and i got you 16 GB of ram and a 6 core cpu so check it out tell me if you like it and personally i think its a solid build as for the case if you have a ok case right now just keep it cause its performance over looks for a budget gamer like you and me(took me a year to finish my build).

also a 6 core and 16 GB should be plenty to run a good stream.
