need pc help

Hi guys
my brothers pc in making a constant ringing sound and its really getting bad.
I have already check its not any of the fans, the cpu cooler or hard drive?
Any ideas of whats happening

have you checked the psu fans???

check all the movable parts... cpu fan, gpu fan, psu fan, psu itself (even though its not movable, its a transformator, can whine a buzz), hard drives, optical drives...

its likely the psu...

lol, you can even unplug the system\BIOS speaker... lol jk
