Hi, I've always had trouble when it comes to purchasing pcs they usually get outdated in a couple of years and I've never built one because I never know what I need .
I'm looking for a pc that will be able to support any game on max settings and still remain strong for a good few years, I do understand little but I know I don't want it overclocked my budget is around 2000 euros I can go higher depending on the reason.
Thanks

Solution
Before we get you a build know this: 2000 eur is a bit of an overkill. Any PC you get today for 2000 EUR will be outdated in about 4 years. My advice: get a PC for ~1000-1500 euros and upgrade it as time goes by.

Thanks for the super fast reply ,if a 1500 euro pc can support any game out there on max settings while having a few programs and a browser open I'll gladly accept your build.

Thats not even in Euros. Plus the CPU cooler is a waste since he's not overclocking. Also an i7-5820k would be better since he wants it to last a while. AND a GTX 970 won't max out all games for the next couple years, it can't even max out everything right now

Since he is not OCing you're right. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/NrvNFT I changed out the CPU, MOBO, and case. I still think he should go with a 970 and then SLI the 970's due to his budget. If you have any suggestions please voice them.
Thanks

1500 dollars probably comes to around 1300 euros, meaning I can probably get a better video card if it's possible. Also I don't know what SLI is. I'm curious if this is a good build

SLI means running two GPU's together. So just get two of those graphics cards, if you want to pay for it. You may also consider a GTX 980 and then later SLIing it but I think it would be much smarter to get 2 of the graphics cards and using SLI. (To SLI you simply use an SLI bridge which comes in the box of your motherboard, and plug it into both cards. It's literally that simple.)
And just to satisfy my perfectionism here's the updated list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/GbpFrH
