Question Need pc upgrade advice?

I currently have an
Ryzen 5 1600x
Gtx 960 4gb
Asrock AB350 Pro4 Motherboard
16gb of ddr4 ballistic sport ram
All this powered by CX750M by Consair.
Right now my graphic's card is causing issues of "exceeding its memory". Any upgrade advice should be helpful.

The game of question is gta 5 optimal the game crashes. But, it seems to run find when i set everything to normal.
