I have a printer connected to a lan port on our router. We have a couple of iPads connected to that same network via Wi-Fi. We have no problem printing from these iPads to this printer. This network is a secured network that is locked down by our franchisor… I don’t even have the password to it.

This router also came preconfigured with a second network that I do have access to. We have a “Management iPad“ connected to this network.

I need to be able to print from the Management iPad to that printer.

is there any work around that will allow me to do this?

Or is there a Home/office printer on the market that can be set up on both networks so that we can print to it from all iPads?

It seems the problem is not with the printer per se (since you say you can print from both LAN and WiFi iPads) but with the router - that "Management Pad" is probably on isolated (guest?) network, and the router is doing (its job) to isolate this network from the rest of the nodes.

You have to provide much more info about that - router make, confiuration etc.
