i really need your help as i am new for building Gaming computer and i am in the process of building one atm so i need your advice on the below.

Here is my computer specs so that you can have a clear image on what you are dealing with.

Case Corsair 750D

processor Intel Core i7 4790K 4.0GHz (4.4GHz Turbo)

Now my problem is with compatibility of the rams with the processor, as per the specs above the seller listed the rams as 1.5v but when i got the rams on the box it says 1.65v when i confronted the ebay seller he gave the link to corsair that shows tested voltage 1.65 and spd voltage 1.5v anyway that is not related but i thought to mention so my rams is 1.65 volt and intel processor recommend rams at 1.5v plus that processor i got only supports 1333 and 1600 while my rams is 2400 at 1.65v so will it work for me if i use the XMP or shall i set the rams manually if i should then what is the best optimal setting for it and would i be doing harm to my new rig in anyway or overloading anything at all, i know my rig is built for OC but i am not planning on any now as it is brand new and i would like to enjoy it as it is for now but i would love to have those rams working the 2400 but not sure if i should go about it or not.
So please guide me here on what to do and what not to do.

Look at the spec for the motherboard. It'll say what ram you can use.

2400 at 1.65v won't hurt your pc according to me. But Intel say its a no no. I've been using 2133 1.65v for 2 years without a problem. 1.65v ram uses more power is all.
So the voltage is not a problem that i understand well what about using 2400 ram and processor only support 1333 or 1600 as u said that will be fine if i leave the XMP off then my ram will be working as 1333 at 1.5V and since they are 2400 so i can increase it to 1600 at 1.5v and still it would be fine.
Now my question is that if i enable XMP then it will be working as 2400 at 1.65v right. What effect that has on my computer, am i damaging any parts doing that? Also would my system be stable or not? Would it be better to set the config manually? What is the best optimal Figures then to use if i plan to set it manually to give best performance and stability based on my computer specs as demonstrated above.
