My PSU cant handle my GTX1050ti + my 3 HDD, so i need another.
Friends adviced me to buy at least a 600W PSU.

Should i buy the
Thermaltake 650W Litepower around 45€/45$/35£ ?

Solution
Your system will do fine with good quality 400W PSU. The PSU you currently have is of low quality, hence why it can't handle your components.

Your GPU uses 75W, add the rest of the system at about 150W (usually less) and total would be 225W. 400W PSU is more than enough.
600W range PSU is for high-end system (similar to my Skylake build, full specs in my sig).

Here's PSU Tier list: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
Aim for a good quality (Tier two) PSU, preferably great quality (Tier one) PSU if you can afford it.

Here i suggest Seasonic in 400W range.

In the pcpp list you'll find 3 good quality (Tier two) PSUs and 1 great...

All my 3 PCs: Skylake, Haswell and AMD are also powered by Seasonic. (Full specs in my sig. Got PRIME series in Skylake, M12II EVO series in Haswell and S12II series in AMD.)
