Need recommend: Light weight OS on 1GB HDD/1GB RAM

Hello everyone.
I got a Dell wyse R50L and I gave it to my parents for web browsing, but the stock OS is not very ideal for several reasons. I want to reinstall another, but the 1GB flash(HDD) space really make me mad, I cannot even install XP or debian... Can anyone recommend me a suitable OS? It's just for web browsing, not gaming or even other, but I want it at least can run the latest Firefox, and have built-in firewall, and may have better user-friandly software support than the stock SUSE.

I installed Puppy Linux. I knew it long time ago but didn't try it before. Now it works fine, but need a bit knowledge to tweak because it's not all that perfect, some features are not working/experimental, but it do have tons of software, user-friendly interface, highly configurable, and impressively low hardware requirement.

Puppy Linux has there own forum with a huge userbase. There are also 100s of different puppy Linux derivatives..
