Need replacement copy of windows Millenium edition

I have cleaned my old computer hard drive and was going to reload Windows Me and my windows xp upgrade so that I could give computer to a child who needs a computer. After cleaning the hard drive and getting ready to load I realized that I do not have the CD for windows me. I do have the windows xp upgrade cd but not the windows me. How can I get a copy of the windows me ? I do have the authenticity code.
