Need replacement for EVGA GTS250

Hello,
I need a replacement card for a GTS250- 512Mb that just died. I am not savvy on all the specs that go into video cards but I would like to know recommendations of a similar card performance wise, under $100 if possible.

I play COD Black Ops and my son plays WOW.
We are running XP at the moment.

I want a card that would be very similar performance wise without spending alot of $.

Best card is hd 7750 under 100$.it is very low powered gpu and will handl games you want to play.

My system is Core 2 Duo E7300 @ 2.66GHz
2 GB RAM

nothing spectacular. I don't want to upgrade the rest of the system at this point, only replace with a comparable card.
