my set up:

Intel i5 4460 Quad Core Processor 3.2GHz

Corsair VS Series 450W Power Supply Unit

Ballistix Sport VLP 8GB Kit (4GBx4) DDR3 1600 MT/s (PC3-12800) UDIMM 240-Pin Memory

Case Cooler Master K380 mid tower

I'm looking for something in reasonable price with good performance

For your Core i5 CPU (which came out in 2014) any LGA1150 socket MoBo will do. Take your pick,

Feature wise, Z97 chipset is the best of them all. E.g in my Haswell build (full specs with pics in my sig), i have MSI Z97 Gaming 5 MoBo and i'm very pleased with mine, both feature and appearance wise.
