1. 600 wt are good for my rig, or i have to increase the power. please suggest. :)

2. Excessive power like 750 wt or 1000wt harmfull for my rig ?

Solution
Antec. XFX, Seasonic, EVGA B2 or G2 are what I would be looking at, and nothing else. Even with a GPU upgrade and overclocking, a 650W PSU is plenty (if made with high-performance parts)
600W is plenty. I would prefer a Seasonic or Antec PSU for a high-performance computer like yours. You have a 'truck' PSU in a 'racing car'. Too big will not hurt your system, but PSU's run less well at low load. I would be happy to use a 750W PSU with that, but I would not want to go much higher; your system could run on 400W.

As you say my system can run with 400 wt PSU, but for good long run i have to go with 750wt .. I have little budget problem but i need a good enough PSU for my computer. Please suggest . Thank You
