Question Need SATA driver assistance for installing Windows 7

I am trying to install Windows 7 to play older games that do not work under Windows 10. The issue is that Windows 7 setup is asking me for SATA drivers since it doesn't have them built-in for my chipset.
I tried downloading the SATA AHCI drivers from the ASUS website for my motherboard but even after loading them it still does not show my 3 hard drives that are installed.
My motherboard is ASUS M5A78L-M PLUS/USB3.
I have the SATA ports set to AHCI in the bios so I'm so confused.

That motherboard shouldn't have any need for drivers for a Windows 7 install. Where did you get your Windows 7 install media?

I feel really stupid now because apparently it wasn't the SATA driver. Apparently Windows 7 setup doesn't have drivers for my USB so it isn't detecting the stick with the Windows setup on it. Trying the USB drivers from the ASUS website now.
