Need Serious Help Please

Hey everyone! well i took ur advice on my build and now i need help OC. I have never done an OC so if someone is willing to give me the step by steps i would really, really appreciate it. my build is a q9550 w/ p5q pro board, 8gigs ddr2 800mhz ram, 4870 i gb gpu, 650w psu, sunbeam contact freezer heatsink, and 500 gig hd. I would really like to OC this thing but have no idea how to do it. Please help a noob out. Thanks

Sounds like an expensive build - play it safe and increase FSB slowwwwly. Make sure to set the CPU:RAM Ratio to 1:1 (or unlink the memory). Than when you've pushed the FSB as high as you can go, bring the CPU:RAM Ratio as close to 800mhz as you can.
