First synch the mem and CPU to 166MHz (1:1) in bios, then set multi to 11, and lock all others to 66/33 (AGP/PCI)...default. Run it. If it still does it try memtest86 (google search, free Dos tool) and run it overnight if you haven't already done so. It shouldn't come up with any errors, if it does it's probably a ram problem. If it doesn't and you can get into OS use prime95's torture test (again google, free utility) for 6-24 hours and again check for errors, it also shouldn't come up with any. What HSF you have and what voltage were you using at 2.2GHz, some 2500+ won't get there on 1.65V (default). A very few won't get there at all 🙁.
