Need small but powerful psu

Hello!

At the moment i have a WinPower mtx 250W power supply but it is getting old and i need to get a new one. The problem is that my tiny m-atx case is a bit cramped but i really need 430W or so power supply.
Is there a power supply that would have around this wattage and only be 2" x 4" x 5"?
I doubt there is so if anyone could recommend a micro-atx case to go with a corsair cxm 430W
that would be brilliant!
