Hi guys, after some research I made up this build:
AMD FX-8320 Vishera 8-Core 3.5 GHz (4.0 GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 125W FD8320FRHKBOX Desktop Processor
ASUS M5A78L-M LX PLUS AM3+ AMD 760G Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
ASUS GeForce GTX 950 STRIX-GTX950-DC2OC-2GD5-GAMING 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
I already have HDD, 8 gbs of ram and 650w rasurbo psu. Are those parts compatible? Also I live in europe and I am planning to buy those parts from newegg, will i have any problems? As all electronic devices in the USA use ac 110v and in europe its 220v. any help would be appreciated :)

The only part that is really region specific is the PSU. All the other stuff is 'universal'

I would not use that motherboard for a FX 6300 at 95 watts, much less a FX 8320 at 125W. It has very light power phases and no heatsinks on the VRMs so you will get a lot of thermal throttling in normal gaming use. To get the best out of a FX8320, you need to overclock it, so make sure your components will support overclocking. You will need an aftermarket CPU cooler, sooner or later.

I live in Georgia(Europe) and I am probably going to buy those parts from newegg.com ( yes I know that they dont ship directly to Georgia but I can get packages via private post company which operates in The USA and Georgia) anyway, does GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3P sound good? plus it's 36% discount on newegg http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128651&SortField=0&SummaryType=0&PageSize=10&SelectedRating=-1&VideoOnlyMark=False&IsFeedbackTab=true#scrollFullInfo
