Does a power supply come with all the connectors needed to build a new pc?

Yea it should.I would get a modular or semi modular power supply so you only use the cables you need

For a basic number of components, yes. But if you would try to build a rig with 2 or more graphic cards for example, not every PSU will have enough cables to connect all of them. Same goes for some high end motherboard and EPS connectors - most PSU have only one such connector while some motherboards need two. But for a basic system, typical new PSU will have all connectors.

Yes, every PSU I have ever purchased has came with every cable I could need, the higher end PSU's coming with more cables for more advanced and complicated machines
