Hello

my current specs are :

cpu : intel pentium e6500 2.93 ghz duel core
Ram : 8 gb ddr3
Gpu : gigabyte gtx 1050 2gb OC edition
PSU : 240 watt one

Note : i know the psu and the cpu preventing the gpu from getting maximum performance

So im on budget so i need help (i have 80$ to upgrade pc)

Should i upgrade to buy intel 2 quad q9650 and 500 watt psu
or save some money and buy new motherboard with i5 - 2500 and 500 watt psu (cuz my motherboard is lga 775
although is there a big difference between i5 2500 and the intel 2 quad q9650
although how many fps i will get with intel 2 quad q9650 and the i5 2500 in : Fortnite , FIFA 19 , pubg also in which graphics

Thanks for Helping me

Solution
would you recommend me to buy this https://www.amazon.com/HP-Elite-830...p+compaq+8300&qid=1556783069&s=gateway&sr=8-3 and put my graphics card on it cuz i can't afford ddr4 motherboard cuz of low budget will that pc will be good
That is a very reasonable pc.
The 3470 processor has 4 threads and a passmark rating of 6713 and a single thread rating of 1915.
That is considerably stronger than your E6500.
It has, I think a 320w psu which is suitable for your GTX1050.
8gb of ram is good.

If, in the future, you wanted a graphics card stronger than a GTX1050ti, you would need to upgrade the power supply.

If i were you i would've saved some more money to go with the i5 and a good quality 500 PSU, the i5 is much faster in every way possible.
And here's a bench mark link: https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core2-Quad-Q9650-vs-Intel-Core-i5-2500/m1706vsm517

Power supply link:
https://www.amazon.com/s?k=evga+g2+supernova+550w&ref=nb_sb_noss_2

And the difference is really huge, the new processor will be able to use the full power of your graphics card, yeah you might have a small bottleneck but that will be a positive bottleneck.

The problem is i need a new motherboard
edit : and i can't do an upgrade more than 100$ so is there something cheaper than upgrading to i5 2500

A e6500 has 2 threads and a passmark rating of 1764 and a single thread rating of 1192
Some games require 4 threads so for those, a Q9650 would be a good upgrade.
It has a rating of 4161 and a single thread rating of 1196.
Some games will benefit, single threaded games not so much.
You can buy one on ebay for some $45.

The PSU you need is determined by the graphics card.
Your GTX1050 requires minimal power so no PSU upgrade is needed until you install a graphics card that requires an aux 6 pin pcie connector.

When you need to go stronger, you are looking at a new motherboard, processor and ram if you are buying new.
A budget of $250 or so will buy you a G5400(5198/2178), a 300 series motherboard and a 2 x 4gb DDR4 ram kit.

Your link to the specs shows that you have a BTX motherboard which is all but obsolete. No modern motherboard is being made in BTX format.

You could buy a Q9650 for some relief that would meet your budget.

You are looking at replacing essentially everything.
Starting with a new case that will hold a ATX, ITX or MATX motherboard,
psu, motherboard, ram and processor.
Your GTX1050 is ok though.
Plan on at least $300.
