hi, i need some pro advice on new set of RAMs

this is my current build:

FX55 2.6, OC to 2.9, the last n one of the best possible single core exist
abit mobo AN8 32x
7900GTX single card

Kingston PC3200 512mb x 2, FSB 205, DDR400 KHX3200AK2/1G

i am wondering how far can i push my FSB with FX55, and new set of 2 x 1GB
a) which brand should i go for? and should i go with DDR400 again or go higher? for the maximum FSB which FX55 can deliver??

b) what timing of latency should i aim for?

c) how much am i looking for to spend? i have some idea, but hey if you can provide cool links to get great deal, i am down with it~

i need some real advice, money is not a problem, but of cause if paying less money can also achieve similar spec, no need to pay for extra expends

performance is my concern, i want the best possible FSB to reduce lagging when i do heavy duty - like intensive gaming then Alt + Tab out to do something else with no lag at all.

thank you guys, appreciate the pros!!

You want to shop for pc-6400 DDR 800 at least. There is some nice Crucial with 4-4-4-12 timings to be had for around $200. Look on newegg and drill down to your taste.

I found on my 939 board a huge difference in performance even at stock speeds between the Kingston and these Corsair TWINX2048-3200C2PT. They are easily capable of oc but the biggest difference is quantity.
