Need some advice regarding i5 4690k

Im currently having temperature issues with my new i5 4690k at 3.5 ghz with turbo boost disabled with a stock cooler. After running prime for 15mins its sitting at a wopping 86c. I checked the heatsink and its seated propperly. Now its averaging 75c
also got 2 sidefans 12cm running at 800 rpm so airflow is optimal.

Prime 95 tests your CPU for OCability by running it on 100% usage and with stock cooler those temps are warm but fine. There's nothing to worry about your CPU

prime95 stresses it to the max so those temps are normal, you can get a cpu cooler if you want but stock will be fine if you don't OC
