Need some advice.

120v seidon. Saw a review that said a 3570k never broke 45C on Prime, which I don't believe. If not, I'll take suggestions on any heatsink non waterpump below 50 bucks that can keep a 4.2ghz 3570k under 60C. I don't have time to shop around right now. I just need a new heatsink.

I have personally used this air cooler with an overclocked i7, and if fitted properly (it's easy) it is reliable, quite and keeps your CPU temp within reason even under 100% load.

That is possible with a water cooler or under clocking/ under volting. However, I'd strongly recommend the Evo 212 cooler too.
