Hello there!

So, I've finally decided to upgrade my CPU/GPU but I can only upgrade one of them and I don't know which one to upgrade, as in what would be better to further improve my gaming experience, I'm mostly playing Escape from Tarkov, Rust and Rainbow: Six Siege

CPU: Intel I7-3770 3.4 GHz
GPU: NVidia 750 TI

I can only afford to upgrade one of them so let me know what you guys think, cheers!

EDIT: Also , I've made a part picker around my budget on what I could get, any opinions on the parts I've picked, and also what power supply should I get for all of that

Keep in mind if you're upgrading your CPU, you'll also need to upgrade your RAM and motherboard. So I'd say go with the GPU for now, as that can be carried over to a new build and then save up the budget for the new system.

A quick change up to a couple of the parts you listed in your build.

CPU Cooler. The 212 Evo is a decent cooler but for a little more the H7 is much better. If you wanted to shave some cost off for the budget when building, then I'd suggest the Cryorig M9i. Similar cooling as the Evo, but smaller, better mounting system and costs $20.

SSD: The 850 is the last gen, it's slower and it's more expensive. Switched it out for the 860. You could go with the Crucial MX500 and save $7 bucks but I generally like Samsungs...

GPU: Like Ztdutxjgxgtu said, go with a 1060 if you're gaming and if you can afford it.

PSU: There's a ton out there. The evga line has some of the cheapest gold rated units that are good quality. If you wanted to drop down the price a bit the SeaSonic S12II 620 Bronze comes in at $48, the Corsair - CX (2017) $49, the Corsair CX550M $55 and the Corsair CX650 (2017) at $59. They're bronze units but good quality units. If you go with a Corsair, make sure it's the gray label and not the eariler green models, as they were not good units.
