[SOLVED] Need some advice

Hello Guys,
Apologies if I initiated a similar post, haven't used this forum for quite a lot time. Anyways coming towards main aspect of this post i need a advice on what configuration should I buy. Below are the details :

Config 1 :
Ryzen 3 2200g,
4Gb x 2 sticks of 2400mhz,
Msi a320m mobo,
And a antec bp450p psu.

Config 2:
I3 9100f,
8gb x 1 stick of 2400mhz.
Msi a310h mobo (bios updated)
Antec bp450p.

Config 3 :
Ryzen 5 1600,
4gb x 1 stick 2400mhz,
Asrock a320m mobo.

Please note that I'm on a very tight budget. I already own a HDD and a gt 730 Gddr5 Gpu and a very very cheap generic Chinese PSU. If i choose to go with ryzen 5 1600 then i have to use this cheap brand Psu. Although i will be adding a few other stuffs like a 4gb additional ram stick and a rx 570 in couple of months and if i go with r5 1600 I'll then have to add a PSU but for this moment i cannot buy a good PSU. I'm worried if i go with r5 1600,then i have to use this cheap generic psu which you'll know can damage components. I dont think it'll do much damage in just a month but future is uncertain. I already own a gt 730 for display purpose, no problems in that. What you guys think, which one should i get?

I'll be performing some casual gaming, movies, Web browsing. Also, please do not recommend any other CPUs as well, this is maximum i can go.

On the other hand I'm getting a feeling that i3 9100f is powerful in single core, dual core and 4 cores, where as r5 1600 has a weak single core, but is way older as well, around 2-3 years, i believe. I3 9100f is a newer one.
I'm requesting you'll to please help me in this regard. I'll really appreciate any help.

Well four cores is plenty an upgrade for the psu and gpu would be recommended but i understand how budgets work. Firstly i have an i5 9400f with a RTX 2070 Gigabyte Gaming OC. I

It was a good choice but for ur build i'll say

Get a better psu it is so worth going for nvidia but make sure u have a graphics card cos the intergrated one is disabled

tbh if ur playing csgo and fortnite an i3 9100f is enough with a gt 730

I cannot recommend using a cheap low quality psu ever. Also you want dual channel RAM and buying a stick later is not guaranteed to work without issues. RAM should be bought in matched kits. Therefore there is only one option I can recommend, config 1.

Also on config 1, you may have a better upgrade path. It would better if you can find a b450 motherboard. A lot of them don't cost much more than the a320. If you did that, it would allow overclocking and give you a decent upgrade path.

But config 1 should be ok as is considering budget.
