Need some advice

So I've been thinking about upgrading my video card and PSU for sometime, but I'm don't know a whole lot about them and need some advice. I got a $100 gift card to Best Buy for Christmas, so I'm hoping to use that at least to buy something (the graphics card or PSU) from Best Buy and the other from a place like Newegg or Tigerdirect.

Here's my specs:

HP Pavilion m8120n
Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4 GHz
3GB DDR2 Ram

And the things I'm replacing
300 W PSU
Nvidia Geforce 7350 LE (ugggh)

I don't want anything too extreme or pricey, just something that could run WoW at high settings and maybe play other games (Dragon Age) at decent settings.

That's a bit pricey for OP, he just plays WoW & Dragon Age, a 4770 would suffice.

@OP what resolution do you game on?

Well OP could as well buy an HD4670 and run it on his current PSU, but then he will be back in 6 months wanting to upgrade because this new game is out that everybody has to have.

Sorry, forgot to throw in the monitor specs

Currently have a HP w2207, max resolution is 1680 x 1050 @ 60 Hz

Usually run WoW at 1280X768 without much problems, but would be nice to bump up.

Ideally, I'd like to use up the gift card completely, and stay around the $100 range spent cash (So no more than $200 total value for PSU and vid card)

If you pickup that PSU at Best buy and shop around for cards like HD4830/50, HD4770 or 9800GT/GTX+ or GTS250 you would be all set. I would have recommended the 550watt Corsair but they cost the same.
