What graphics card do you have everything looks fine as long as the whole deal doesn't exceed 850 watts and how much power does your liquid cooler take? Also, another thing to check on is if the liquid cooler has enough cooling capacity to cool the bigger processor. Because I don't know your liquid cooler and graphics card I don't know if it will all work together.

Your motherboard is good but you can get Aorus Z390 Master at the same price if its on deal on Newegg . Aorus Z390 Master also has a bios switch which can help you when overclocking your cpu because after failed overclocking attempts Aorus motherboards automatically switches between the dual bios which can be a pain to deal with . You can also get Z370 motherboard but for future proofing you should get Z390 .
You should get this power supply :
https://m.newegg.com/products/9SIA6ZP56T4030
Because GQ version is very old.
Coming to cpu cooler Cooler master ml360r is currently the best in the market you can get it for $150 here : https://m.newegg.com/products/N82E16835103275?ignorebbr=1&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker%2c+LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&AID=10446076&PID=3938566
Also the case is too large for what you actually need you can get any mid tower chasis you prefer.
