can anybody just have a quick look over and tell me if i'm spending too much money in one area and not enough in another?

You should save some money on that motherboard.. that one is overpriced compared for the rest of your build.. You could also save some money on the RAM... 2133Mhz isn't worth it.. You won't notice a thing

With that money you could upgrade your CPU to perhaps an i7 ivy-bridge, or you could upgrade your GPU to 7970?

plus save money on the RAM get DDR3 1600 and make sure its 1.5V

Get a 550W PSU if you dont plan to CF/SLI, if you do take it up to 750W.

Get an ASrock Extreme4 MoBo

used the extra money you get from reducing the other crap and get a better GPU

You should check the length of that video card. Some of the longer cards will not fit in that case.
