I want to get a cheap and efficient graphics card for my current Asus Desktop. (Terrible Intel graphics one) However I am not as tech savvy as others and do not know if the cards i pick out will fit my computer or be compatible.

My current computer is this.
http://www.asus.com/Desktops/Essentio_CM6730/#specifications

I would like either

AMD Radeon™ R9 270x
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&DEPA=0&Order=BESTMATCH&Description=r9+270x&N=-1&isNodeId=1

Or

AMD Radeon™ R9 280x
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=Property&Subcategory=48&N=100007709&IsNodeId=1&IsPowerSearch=1&SrchInDesc=&MinPrice=&MaxPrice=&OEMMark=N&PropertyCodeValue=679%3A446073&Tpk=r9%20280x

I have no idea what brand is best.

Along with a new Power Supply since mine is dangerously small. (350 or something)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182073

I'm always down for new suggestions as i don't know if i'm correct. People told me you need high wattage some have told me it's over calculating.

Thanks in advance!

Sapphire, ASUS, Gigabyte, and MSI are probably the best brands out there for either the 270X or the 280X. The choice between the 270X and the 280X is completly up to you. You pay for what you get so obviously the 280X is going to be better, but at a higher price point.

Also, that power supply that you have linked is more than enough for either of those cards. You could even run two cards in CrossFire and that power supply will still be enough
