Need some feedback/help with this system build I have selected

After over a month of deliberation I think I have finally settled on a setup. Originally I thought I was going to go with an mats build and the aerosol ds cube but it is just taking too long to come out. I really liked the looked of the Air 540.

A few questions I have are:
1. Anyway to make this build cheaper?
2. Recommendations for a monitor preferably 27inch but 24 is also fine.
3. Is it worth spending a little extra on the vapor or should I drop down to a regular r9 280x

Also I would like to add crossfire down the road.

Any other feedback would be appreciated.

I think to save 10 or 20$ on your graphics card I would suggest the GTX 770. Preferably the MSI verion.

Comments:-

you say you're planning to add another graphics card later, I think you'll need a bigger power supply, something more like 800-850W, others may want to comment on this as well

judging by the parts list this is a complete build, do you have or plan to get a mouse? there isn't one in the list

Yes I have a razor naga, and this is my first build in over a decade I was originally looking at 850s wasn't sure if that was too big. So I will change that thanks
