Need some general opinion on this set and help with OC possibillities

Hello. I want to ask three things.
1. Do you have any opinions or something i should know about the following set?
2. Can you please tell me some info about the PSU? "Tracer" Isn't a very known brand (i think) and i haven't found any information on it. 620W is plenty tho so...
3. How well can i overclock, and what do you recommend on overclocking? I thought i would overclock RAM and GPU core and ram speed.

Do i need to overclock the fan in order to have ok temperatures?

The rig is dated, but okay. What do you want to do with it though? Game with it? Just online surfing? Also, if you can't find online info on a PSU, then be worried. Remember this, efficiency is more important than sheer wattage. And overclocking with such a shady PSU is a dangerous risk. Only you can determine how far you can OC your parts, and that is done through rigorous testing. Also, in my personal opinion, OCing the RAM isn't worth it. I also have a 1333 mHz RAM kit and its serving me well, thus far. And yes, you do need to "overclock" your fans since overclocking produces more heat.
