Question Need some guidance on AMD-FX8300 3.2GHz Overclocking

Hey all, I'm new when it comes to overclocking CPU's and was seeing if anyone can tell be the best suitable settings to use for best performance. My CPU Is running at 3.2Ghz currently and want to push it to atleast 4.0Ghz minimum if possible.
I have a Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3 R2 Motherboard
and a 500W PSU
I currently have the cooler that comes with the CPU But can get a better alternative if necessary. Thanks!

No need to do that , it will Turbo to 4.0ghz. when the system is stressed and it needs to. Poor board and stock cooler , not for OC.
