Need some help choosing a monitor (Both ASUS)

I've been looking at two monitors for a little bit now, and I'm a bit stuck.

One is the ASUS VH238H

And the other is the ASUS VS239H-P

The VH238H I believe is a 120hz TN monitor while the VS239H-P is a 60hz IPS monitor (Correct me if I am wrong).

I'm leaning towards the VS239H-P since it is an IPS, but I'm also leaning towards the VH238H's 120hz refresh rate and 2MS response time. Which one should I get?

No need to factor in the price, its just a 6 dollar difference

I'm powering them off a MSI PE GTX 670, and plan to use them for gaming.

for gaming i would go with the Asus VH238H

Lower response time 2ms (versus 5ms from the VS239H-P)

By what i've searched none of them is 120hz.

Yes the second one have a IPS panel that is also a pro.

for gaming i would go with the first one, you could search for 120hz display for gaming they are awesome, i use one, and i can't go back to non 120hz displays for games.
