My budget is around $450-$500 (only for motherboard, gpu and cpu). I'm still confused about which of these two builds get.

My System Spec
Motherboard: ASUS M2N-SLI
CPU: AMD Athlon II X2 250 Processor (3.0 GHz)
GPU: ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series
RAM: 4GB

And these are the builds.

1st Build
Motherboard: MSI A88X-G45 Gaming (link)
CPU: AMD A10-6790K
GPU: Radeon R7 250 (GDRR5 - 1GB)
RAM: 8GB

2nd Build
Motherboard: MSI 970 Gaming (link)
CPU: AMD FX 6300
GPU: Radeon R7 250 (GDRR5 - 1GB)
RAM: 8GB

Also about the GPU, should I stay with the R7 250 (1GB) or buy a Radeon R7 260 (2GB)?

Probably everyone will think this is a very outdated build, or maybe a no-go build, but still I want to hear how everyone thinks about them.

Just in case, I'm not upgrading, I want to buy a new one.

Solution
Second one. The FX-6300 is a better CPU. And since you're using a dedicated graphics card instead of the integrated one, it's a no-brainer. :p

Thanks for the answers, my other question is, should I stay with the R7 250 (1gb) or go with the R7 260 (2gb)?
Because I want to play at least most of the recent games with decent fps but visually aceptable, because I know with these builds I won't be able to play at max settings with decent fps.

You mean the R9 270?, because I can't find anything about R7 270.

Also, which you recommend for RAM:
*Kingstom 8GB (2 x4) 1333.
*Kingstom 8GB (2 x4) 1600.

Or there are others cheaper but better?
