Need some help/clarification on downloading USB drivers for an ASUS Maximus VII Hero

So, I'm trying to download my drivers for my hardware before I get ready to build my new computer, but I'm having trouble finding the USB drivers. On the product support page on ASUS's website, selecting Windows 8.1 (the OS I will be using) brings up no USB drivers. But Windows 7 does.

Will the Windows 7 version of the drivers work? If not, what do I do? Thanks in advance!

Are you talking about the USB 3.0 drivers? If so, I believe it's because Windows 8/8.1 natively supports USB 3.0, so drivers aren't necessary.

Go ahead and download the windows 7 drivers to be on the safe side but most likely it is not listed because windows 8 has the drivers for at already built in.
