Need some help diagnosing a BSOD

Over the past 17 days, I have had over 25 BSODs. I have tried to figure out on my own what could be causing the crashes, but I'm at my wits end.

Of the 26 BSODs, 23 of them have either been IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL or KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED. From what I have read, this seems to indicate a driver issue, but I've updated all of my drivers and the issue persists.

Using BlueScreenView, it shows that my crashes have also pretty much all been caused by ntoskrnl.exe with the crash address being ntoskrnl.exe+75c00.

I have replaced my motherboard, cpu and gpu. I have also tested my all of ram using memtest86+ and they all came back with no errors. At this point, I feel it is either a driver error, my PSU isn't strong enough for my rig or my HDD is crapping out on me.
