Need some help finding the best fans for a CM Seidon 240m, and a FD Arc XL.

Ok, so I am building a gaming rig, I need some good case and radiator fans, I don't care about price, or sound, I just want the best possible cooling from them. Can anyone point me in the right direction here as I don't know what ones to get, there are just way to many.

Case: Fractal Design Arc XL
Liquid Cooling Unit: Cooler Master Seidon 240M

CPU: I7 4770K (will be doing mild overclocking)

Also if someone could recommend a good thermal paste that would be awesome as well.

I have some of these in my ROG system. They are great. They move a good amount of air, and they are very nearly silent.

I am pretty sure the Arc XL can have 140mm fans, so I will probably go 140mm instead of 120mm.

Another question, how should I set up the fans? I hear that having the radiator as intake is best for cooling the CPU, but what should I set the front fans to? (back fan will be an exhaust.)

There is this one. It isn't as specialized for case ventilation as the 120mm above, but it would suit the application still. I have the round frame version of this on my CPU Cooler (NH-D14). In case you haven't figured out . I'm a like Noctua fans and coolers.
